CG Projects IT-Company was formed in year 1999. The key direction of the company is designing and installing of informational systems of activities automation of banks and financial companies engaged in operations in the securities market. The products supplied allow to effectively integrate and automatize activities of all divisions of the company including front office, middle office, back office, depositary, special depositary and counting-house and support interaction with other automated systems.
Company’s stuff is presented with highly skilled experts in the field of designing and installing of informational technologies whose experience developed over many years of work with automatized systems of Banks and financial companies. The first essay of designing and installing of securities accounting systems dates from the mid 1997 when specialists of the company, at that time employees in one of the leading Bank, successfully developed and installed a Depositary accounting module, key findings of which became the basis for the integrated informational system the company supplies nowadays.
Later on with the development of securities market new objectives arose while the company gained experience and improved informational systems. In year 1998 the exchange operations accounting module was installed and in year 1999 the informational system was places into operation in other leading Banks. The underlying findings and solutions proved to be successful and were used with FORS Company in its products for automation of operations on the securities market.
In the year 2001 the company successfully accomplished a team project with BULL Company on updating securities accounting system of System Access Company in St. Petersburg. In year 2001 the new Oracle-based version of the system was installed in Interfin Trade Financial Company. In summer of year 2002 modules of the bookkeeping informational system of depositary and special depositary of the pension fund were place in operation in Zenit Bank. The modules were integrated in the present system. The company is in the process of constant development and improving of the solutions supplied.
