Interfin
Trade Financial Company is a cross-linking element of our investment group. This
company was organized in the year 2001 and quickly entered a circle of the
prominent participants of the Russian professional financial community. In year
2002, on acquiring Interfin CAPITAL Management Company and CG Projects
IT-Company the investment group formed around Interfin Trade.
Reliability
of reserves of the company is secured with the authorized capital stock, which
comes to 179.14 million Russian Rubles or 5.6 million in dollar equivalent.
Interfin Trade is certified on all the Russian leading exchanges and has all the
necessary licenses of the Federal Commission for the Securities Market (FCSM)
and the Ministry of Antitrust law and business support. According to FCSM’s
showings the company is among the top fifty leading non-credit organizations,
professional participants of the securities market (as of the second quarter of
year 2002): company’s turnover for the period totaled 2 billion 686 million
Russian Rubles. The company actively operates in the Russian Trading System
(RTS), one of the leading Russian exchanges. At the end of year 2002 the company
was placed 17th in RTS in terms of equity trade value and 21st on FORTS Forward
Market. Company’s turnover on RTS’s Classic Stock Market aggregated 116.49
million dollars in year 2002.
